We want your UnwindCanvas kit to arrive quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
For custom paint-by-numbers kits (made from your photo), production takes an additional 3–5 business days before shipping.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Where We Ship
We ship worldwide. Our main markets include:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- Australia
- European Union countries
- And many more countries globally

3. Estimated Delivery Time
After your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within up to 10 business days for most destinations worldwide.
Please note: During peak seasons — such as the holiday period (November through January), major sales events, or periods of high carrier volume — delivery may take up to 20–25 business days. This is outside our control, but we will always keep you informed with tracking updates.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal conditions, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
We keep shipping simple and transparent for every destination we serve (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and international orders):
- Standard Shipping is always free, on every order, with no minimum purchase required.
- Express Shipping is available for a flat fee of $6.87 — and it's free on orders of $50 or more.
Your exact shipping options and costs will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. How Your Order Is Fulfilled
UnwindCanvas works with a network of trusted production and fulfillment partners located across multiple continents — including in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Your order is crafted and shipped directly from our partners to your door, ensuring fast and efficient delivery worldwide.
Your package may be dispatched from a fulfillment center in a different country than your own. This is completely normal, does not affect product quality, and has no impact on your warranty or right to a refund.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment through:
- The carrier's website (link included in your shipping email)
- Your account on our website (if you created one)
Please allow up to 48–72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive your package:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Contact your local postal carrier
- Allow 2–3 additional business days (packages sometimes arrive after the "delivered" scan)
- If still missing, contact us at contact@unwindcanvas.com
We will do our best to resolve the situation, including filing a claim with the carrier or sending a replacement where applicable.
9. Shipping Delays
Delivery times may be affected by:
- Customs inspections
- Public holidays in the country of origin or destination
- Carrier network disruptions
- Peak season volumes (e.g., November–January)
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
